I don't know a thing of rating cards but it seems to be in very good (like new) condition. Safely stored and shipped in a protective sleeve.

Insurance is optional but highly recommended. If you want it, add $1.65 at check-out. If you elect not to get it, responsibity on our end ceases when the item is mailed.

On sports cards or post cards, I WILL combine shipping. Buy up to 5 at one time and pay for them at the same time and there will be only one S&H fee due.

PayPal only accepted and payment is due within 3 days of end of auction or item will be relisted.
