Each barber quarter is being sold for less than melt value with free shipping.  A barber quarter contains 0.18084 oz of silver and silver costs $16.93 per ounce, so the melt value would be $3.06 each.  I will sell it for $2.80 for each one.

Shipping Discount on Multiple Item Purchases

 

If you buy several items from me, you are entitled to a Shipping Discount.  Please contact me for an estimation of the new shipping charge.  For example, if you buy 5 items and the shipping on each is $3.99, I may charge only $6.99 instead of $19.95 for shipping.

 

Policy on Checks

 

Please make all Checks out to Brent Gourley and have the check completed.  Your item will be sent 10 business days after the check has been cashed.  As well, the item will not be sent if the check you wrote was bad.  Bad is defined as Stolen, bounced, or returned in any other fashion.

 

Please make sure that if you write a check, that it is a good check.  Please do not post date a check for more than 5 business days.  Anyone who writes a bad check is subject to a fine of at least $35 per check.  I will wave the fee if you post dated a check and I cashed it early. 

 

 

EZ123 Guarantee

 

The EZ123 Guarantee is my personal Guarantee that the item described is the item you get.  Everything I stated is true and no flaws were hidden from you.  If the EZ123 Guarantee is not met, you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange (if I have an available exchange) after you contact me and follow the instruction which will ask you to send the item back.

 

The EZ123 Guarantee insures that the item will be sent as soon as possible and that you will not be subjected to any obligation unless it was stated somewhere in the description.  If you over-pay on shipping by more than $1.50, such as the shipping cost was $2.99 and you paid $8.99 Shipping and Handling, I will send you a check for the overcharge amount. (Example being that shipping cost was $1.99 and I charged $4.99, you will get a check for $3.00)  Further more, no one will be excluded from or treated differently based on race, gender, marital status, disability, ethnicity, or life style.

 

Return Policy

 

If you decide you do not want an item, then you may return it within a specified time frame.  Within 0-10 days of receiving the item, you may send it back for a full refund with the exception of Insurance and Shipping & Handling.  Within 11-30 days of receiving the item, you will be entitled to a credit for the purchase amount, but does not include shipping & handling and Insurance.  If there are any hidden flaws or the item was not as described, then you are entitled to a full refund or exchange as stated in the EZ123 Guarantee.

 

Insurance

 

In order to qualify for a refund for items lost or damaged in the mail, you must pay for insurance unless insurance is offered for free.  With Insurance, if you get a damaged item, send it back to me, and I will either replace it or issue a full refund.  Also with insurance, if the item has been lost, contact me and I will look into it.  If the item has been confirmed as lost, you will get a full refund or a replacement.

 

Age Restriction Policy

 

Because people under 18 can not be bound to a contract or agreement, there may be some complication with the EZ123 Guarantee and may not be enforceable.  As well, the bounced check policy may not be enforceable.  As such, the only means of payment that I will take is a money order.  If you are under 18, I reserve the right to cancel this transaction and relist the item.  You may still place a bid if you are under 18.
