I don't know a thing of rating cards but it seems to be in very good condition. See scan! Safely stored in top loader.

Insurance is optional but highly recommended. If you want it, add $1.65 at check-out. If you elect not to get it, responsibity on our end ceases when the item is mailed.

PayPal preferred and payment is due within 3 days of end of auction. I can take USPS money orders if you don't mind the long wait.

On sports cards or post cards, I WILL combine shipping. Buy up to 5 at one time and pay for them at the same time and there will be only one S&H fee due.
