This item is a cool Marvin the Martian charm. It has Marvin the Martian and he looks like he is floating on air. Maybe he is dancing because he is happy. The charm is about 1-1/2 inches high. It has two holes on the back so you can hang it from a necklace chain. It is not new, but it has never been used and it is in good condition.
