This is a 1982 Avon award pin. Since there is no reference to "Avon" on it, it makes an attractive accent piece on a lapel.
I think this piece is goldtone only. It is 1 1/16" long x 11/16" wide. The crystal is faceted around the edges which catches the light and flashes beautifully.
It will come in the original maroon velvet gift box.
