You are looking at fun decorative and collectible napkin holder.

This is black metal with a really cute saying on the front. The piece on the back has a square nut and a spring that hold it on.It says "The opinions expressed by the husband in this house, Are not necessarily those of the management" Next to this is a mans face in yellow with a rolling pin above his head. This is in excellent condition and measures 5 1/2" x 4" x 1 3/4".
