After doing some real searching what I found out from the local art museaum is this is a European ring flask that was most likely produced in Germany in the 17th-18th Century. Unlike alot of Brown Stoneware ring jugs/flasks that had one spout on the side this one has 2 on the top and a handle that long ago rotted away. What is rare and extremely unique about it as well as it still has its original OLD large cork and was kept in extremely good shape. There is a couple small spots where the glaze is not there due to a stone falling off during manufacturing or shortly afterwards. It also has a couple VERY small chips on the underside of the the small spout where you need to litterly turn it over to see it.....absolutly not effecting it as a display piece. The measurements on it is aprox 3 1/2" tall (to the tallest spout top) by 8 1/2" accross. The ring itself varies on one side compared to the other about 1/4" off...again showing how it was handmade. It has no makers marks.
