I don't know a thing of rating cards but it seems to be in very good (like new) condition. Safely stored in top loader.

Insurance is optional but highly recommended. If you want it, add $1.65 at check-out. If you elect not to get it, responsibity on our end ceases when the item is mailed.

PayPal only accepted and payment is due within 3 days of end of auction or item will be relisted.

On sports cards or post cards, I WILL combine shipping. Buy up to 5 at one time and pay for them at the same time and there will be only one S&H fee due.
