I don't know a thing of rating cards but it seems to be in very good even with a crease 2/3 the way up from the bottom. Safely stored in top loader.
Insurance is optional but highly recommended. If you want it, add $1.65 at check-out. If you elect not to get it, responsibity on our end ceases when the item is mailed.
PayPal preferred and payment is due within 3 days of end of auction. I can take USPS money orders if you don't mind the long wait.
On sports cards or post cards, I WILL combine shipping. Buy up to 5 at one time and pay for them at the same time and there will be only one S&H fee due.
