Montreal's bi-lingual hip-hop collective known as Atach Tatuq literally beat down the language barrier with this "Deluxxx" recording of beautiful beats and raps.
While many of the tracks are in French, the strong, distinct MCs, some serious beats, and the superb production of Toast Dawg mean this album should be in your collection, even if you don't understand the language.
This studio album, released on October 4th, 2005, was awarded the Hip Hop Album of the Year by the Association du Disque, de l'Industrie du Spectacle Québécois (ADISQ) in 2006.
